AFL Round 7

Computer problems and pressure of other events has put this blog behind the action.
My position has improved marginally in the tipping competition, almost out of the bottom half of the table with a score of six last weekend.
Melbourne over Adelaide with a last quarter surge, Richmond over Carlton (starting to slide after a promising start to the season), Geelong over St Kilda (a big last quarter), picked Brisbane to beat the Bulldogs but the result went the other way, credit to the Bulldogs for keeping it together at the end when they could have gone to water in hostile territory, Swans over Essendon, not my pick, could have gone either way but now Essendon are on the rack, Eagles over the Hawks who continue to impress, the result could have easily gone the other way, Port over Norths (worrying signs) and Fremantle over Collingwood, now unbackable favorites for the wooden spoon.
