Round 15

My tips for this weekend.

Three out of eight last week does not inspire confidence and dropped me several places in the tipping competition.

The Port selection looked pretty poor at the end of the game but with five minutes to go and trailing by 19 they missed two fairly simple shots at goal. Each point was promptly followed by a Collingwood goal. So instead of getting within 7 they fell back to trail by 29. Anyway, I will probably keep tipping Port more often than not because I can't seehow they can keep on losing with so much talent in the side.

West Coat Eagles to beat North Melbourne. But don't be surprised if the real quiet achiers of the competition sneak home.

Richmond to beat Essendon. Especially if they kick long more often andRicho has a good night.

Port to beat Melbourne. Can the Demons get back on track after twolosses in a row? Can they stay in the top four and remain a genuinecontender if they lose again? All will be revealed.

Lions to beat Collingwood. The pies could do everyone a favour by getting up this weekend but it would require a bold tipster to pick themto do it.

Geelong to beat the Swans. A battle of the "almost there but not quite" sides. A hard one to pick.

Adelaide to beat Hawthorn.

St Kilda to beat Carlton.

Footsgray to beat Freo. What a difficult pick: grit and consistency vs inconsistency and desperation. I will probably change this one on Sundaymorning.
